Lewis Cosby Todd, P.E., SE
Originally born in Kyiv, Ukraine, and now residing in Rochester, NY, Lewis Cosby Todd founded LCTODD with a focused mandate: to deliver high-performance, precision engineering modeling that empowers modern real estate developers. He brings over 20 years of structural forensics and complex civil infrastructure experience to the firm.
