Auditing slope stability and seismic vulnerability parameters
Reviewing utilities pathways and pipeline connections
Phase 03
Computational BIM & Stress Modeling
Simulating physical stress patterns digitally to optimize raw materials.
Scope Activities Include:
Constructing full Revit Building Information Models (BIM)
Executing Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to locate high bending moments
Simulating seismic tremors and high wind shear dynamics computationally
Optimizing concrete thickness and rebar densities to lower steel cost
Phase 04
Blueprint Engineering Stamps & Permits
Validating structural integrity for code clearance and contractor bidding.
Scope Activities Include:
Applying certified Professional Engineer (P.E.) stamps
Drafting detail drawings for concrete reinforcements and steel joints
Preparing calculation packages for municipal review board approvals
Compiling complete Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for builder bidding
Phase 05
On-Site Supervision & Commissioning
Enforcing quality standards during concrete pours and frame erection.
Scope Activities Include:
Conducting daily on-site steel rebar layout reviews
Auditing concrete slump metrics and stress-testing cylinders
