The architectural design required extremely large glass window spans, leaving very little room for standard load-bearing vertical columns or partition walls.
Technical Solutions & Calculations
We engineered structural timber portal frames utilizing Cross-Laminated Timber (CLT) beams. Steel connection shoes were hidden inside timber joints, maintaining clean luxury aesthetics.
